Doing #1: Draw a map.
Start with drawing a map of your neighborhood where you lived as a child.
When you finish drawing the map, label where people lived and mark an X and label where you remember specific incidents occurring. Make notes on your map of what happened in those places and locations.
Drawing the map should pull forth some memories. Set the timer for 15 minutes and write. Here’s a Pomodoro Timer for you to use.
